Polyaspartic was first developed in U.S. labs and later patented by Bayer, bringing it to market—initially with niche uses in military protection, industrial flooring, and anti-corrosion for steel. Since 2009, Feiyang Protech has driven domestic innovation by overcoming key “choke-point” technologies and scaling production in China. Together with partners, Feiyang has expanded applications across high-speed rail, wind power, hydropower dams, water parks, building waterproofing and repair, sealants, electronic adhesives, new energy, and structural materials—ushering in a new wave of real-world adoption.
